Carmelo is a certified coach with 20 years of business development and marketing experience. He has been part of the Ackert team for several years and has worked with clients across North America.
He previously served as a senior leader at Norton Rose Fulbright, a global law firm, where he spearheaded their Voice of the Client program. In this role, he was responsible for client feedback, among many other strategic initiatives. Carmelo regularly integrates the client perspective into his coaching work.
Carmelo helps leaders and teams enhance professional and interpersonal skills to realize holistic business success. He coaches on business development, client service and satisfaction, demand generation, profile-building, proposal win strategy and go-to-market strategy. Carmelo is also an expert in leadership development, team engagement and career fulfillment. He is a member of the Legal Marketing Association and International Coach Federation.
