Kim Stuart has nearly 20 years of experience in constructing and advancing successful business development initiatives and critical marketing strategies for law firms and other professional services firms. Kim facilitates business development programs at all levels. She is a frequent speaker, facilitator and author on business development topics. Her work has appeared in Above the Law, ALM, Attorney at Law Magazine, and various other publications. Prior to joining The Ackert Advisory Kim was part of the senior business development team at Dentons, where she regularly assisted lawyers in developing and implementing effective client development plans.
Kim is the lead facilitator and co-founder of the Diversity Leadership Forum, a professional development program and peer-group network. The forum brings managing partners and other law firm leaders together to overcome management challenges, leverage market dynamics, and target key business opportunities.
An advocate for gender equality in the legal profession, Kim has spearheaded women’s initiatives at various firms across the globe, focusing on professional development, business development, community, culture and executive profiling.
